The first rule for achieving a healthy life is to develop a mindset for it, It’s a base for everything, A healthy mindset can make it lot easier to achieve your goals.

2.Set Realistic Goals

You need to set your goals, the goals should not be in the air but realistic, set your goals for a period of time, after setting your goals ,do proper research and make a proper plan for it’s execution.

3.Find Your Motivation

Finding your motivation does not mean watching motivational video but rather it means finding internal motivation.
Internal motivation can be in any form, for example- if you recently had a breakup, stop crying over your past, use that pain as internal motivation and show them what you are capable of.

4.Start Working Out

Working out doesn’t mean you only need to buy gym membership and start working out in gym,you can also start working out at home by doing free body weight workouts but the only thing is you need to start.

5.Clean diet

  1. Cook as often as you can.
  2. Learn to read labels.
  3. Avoid highly processed foods.
  4. Avoid artificial foods and flavors.
  5. Macro nutrients balance.
  6. Protein rich food.

6.Lowering Your Sugar Consumption

Excess sugar may increase your weight because it’s high in calories.Using small amounts of added sugar is unlikely to cause weight gain while indulging in foods having high sugar may cause you to gain excess body fat and can also raise your blood sugar level which is harmful for your body in long term.

So it is advised to reduce sugar consumption

7.Proper Sleep

Everything need rest so your body.
Lack of sleep disrupts the hormone levels, which lead to a considerable increase in the person’s appetite, making him/her feel hungry, lazy,angry.
Thus proper sleep is required to maintain good mental and physical health

8.Be Positive
